Dr. N R Shetty, President, Indian Society for Technical Education, New Delhi, is the guiding spirit in the continuous success of Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT). He is also Vice-President of International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES), Washington D.C,USA and President of Forum of Former Vice-Chancellors of Karnataka State universities. He also served as Vice Chancellor Bangalore University for two terms.

Dr. Sandya Ravi, has a Doctorate in Eco-friendly hand printed silks and has over 20years of experience in grooming and training students for the fashion industry.
She is a resource person at the Regional Design and Development centre, Ministry of Textiles, Gol, constantly updating rural artisans on the techniques of dyeing.
She is also on the Board of Studies at Bijapur Women’s University for both graduate and postgraduate studies and Smt VHD Central Institute of Home Science Bengaluru.
